Premier League confirm three rounds of fixtures, as Liverpool wait on venues

Manchester United will face Tottenham on the night of Friday, June 19, while Everton will host Liverpool on Sunday night after the Premier League confirmed the fixture schedule.

The League, which has been suspended since March 13 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will get underway next week with the first three match rounds of the resumed laid out, as long as all safety requirements are in place.

The two games on Wednesday, June 17 had already been confirmed as games in hand, but Norwich will host Southampton in the first of the next round of games, while Spurs will host Man Utd on the same evening.

Liverpool’s game against Everton will take place on Sunday, June 21 with the venue yet to be decided, while their game against Man City on July 2 is also awaiting a venue.

All matches will be played behind closed doors.
