Liverpool are being tipped to make a fresh January move for a Real Madrid attacker after he was cleared to leave on loan, while two Man Utd targets are closing on a €35m double deal, according to Thursday’s European papers.
VINICIUS TIPPED TO MAKE JANUARY MOVE TO LIVERPOOL
Real Madrid have reportedly let it be known that Vinicius Junior can leave the club on loan in January in order to further his first-team experience.
The Brazilian was a breakthrough performer for Los Blancos in 2018/19, but has struggled to hit those heights this season and it’s reported by Marca that the forward will be allowed to leave in a temporary deal.
Liverpool have been linked with the 19-year-old in the past and it’s suggested he could be of interest to Jurgen Klopp once again as the Reds chase glory in both the Premier League and in Europe.
A hectic December will prove significant for Liverpool’s trophy hopes this season with crucial matches awaiting in both the Champions League, the Club World Cup and also the Premier League – and cover and competition for his preferred front three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino would not go amiss.
Whether Liverpool make a swoop for Vinicius Junior remains to be seen, but it could prove a temporary move that would suit all three parties.
