Tottenham could be about to lose one of their top stars for just £30m, while Man Utd are weighing up a move for a Dimino Zagreb goalkeeper – according to Monday’s papers.

SPURS COULD LOSE ERIKSEN FOR CRAZY LOW FEE

Tottenham are reportedly fearing that they could lose Christian Eriksen in the next few days for as little as £30million.

Both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are weighing up bids for the Danish playmaker before the European window closes on September 2.

The fact Eriksen is in the last year of his contract in north London means Spurs will have to decide whether to sell now – or see him walk away for nothing next summer.

And according to a report in the Daily Star, the 27-year-old could leave for the ridiculously low price of just £30m.

The report adds that Spurs still hope to receive a minimum of £50m for the former Ajax star, who they valued at a whopping £130m back in May, although at this stage it remains to be seen if Real will still bid for the player if they can get their hands on Neymar.

That would leave Atletico as the sole front-runners for Eriksen’s signature, although Spurs could seemingly then demand a higher fee – if there no are no longer two clubs looking to outbid each other for the attacking midfielder.

Eriksen was once again used from the bench as Tottenham suffered a surprise home defeat to Newcastle on Sunday, with Mauricio Pochettinho admitting that certain players are being unsettled by the transfer window still being open in Europe.
