Juventus have offered three stars in their bid to re-sign Paul Pogba, while Marseille are ready to hijack Tottenham’s left-back move, according to Monday’s European press.
UNITED OFFERED THREE JUVE STARS IN POGBA SWAP
Tuttosport reports that Juventus will offer Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic and Blaise Matuidi to Manchester United for Paul Pogba, although conflicting reports suggest otherwise.
Indeed, the latest rumours on Monday suggested that United had pulled the plug on a potential swap deal involving Dybala and Romelu Lukaku – with several issues meaning the move was not happening.
However, Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, claims that a deal involving the trio heading to Old Trafford for Pogba was being orchestrated by director of sport Fabio Paratici, Vice-President Pavel Nedved and Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola.
The report adds that this is seen as a progression of the negotiations that had taken Juve to the verge of an exchange between Dybala and Lukaku.
However, Tuttosport did not have an explanation for the fact that Dybala does not want the move, something picked up by La Joya, who claim Dybala will not be bound for Old Trafford this summer.
